Welcome! My name is Amy Gruver, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in South West Michigan. I have been trained in a variety of techniques and modalities through the Institute for Massage Education and continuing education to help support my clients wellness goals  

 I have been working in the health care field for over 15 years. Through my own experiences with pain from injuries and stress that have affected my health in many ways, I have discovered the countless benefits that massage therapy offers in supporting health and wellness.  

I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Swedish relaxation massage, Myofascial, MediCupping, Pregnancy Massage, Oncology massage, Geriatric Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, chair massage, reflexology, acupressure, children’s massage, and hot stone massage. 

I love empowering my clients as they identify goals in order to become the best version they desire to be through self-healing and discovery. I believe that massage is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.
