• All services  are required to be paid for  before your scheduled appointments dates and times as well as any appointments booked for future services.
• If you are unable to keep your scheduled pre-paid appointment time,  please call/text 24 hours prior to your appointment to have it rescheduled. 
• Cancellation with less time of that stated above , your appointment results in forfeiture of any prepaid services. 

Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
• Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
